Severe storm threat is over but not the rain. The strongest line of storms has passed with light steady rain lingering through lunchtime. These storms left a trail of 50-70 mph gusts causing power outages in Clay and Columbia counties. An overturned semi truck has Dames Point traffic down to one lane.
